Property Exhibition in Navi Mumbai from 14th to 17 Dec 2013
The 14th Annual BANM (Builders Association of Navi Mumbai) Property Exhibition will be held at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. The event is from December 14th to 17th, 2013 and will be hosted at Plot no. 19, Sector 19, off Palm Beach road, Sanpada.
This year’s exhibition boasts of around 125 developers displaying their properties in a huge area covering 12,000 sq. mtrs. The exhibitors will be accompanied by 11 banks and financial institutions. The apartment menu includes flats ranging from 300 sq.ft to 10000 sq.ft with prices starting from Rs.12 lakhs upwards. The exhibition will be inaugurated at 11.30am on December 14, 2013.
According to BANM President Devang V. Trivedi, “The BANM property exhibition held every year gives an opportunity to all the builders and financial institutions a great platform to showcase their properties.”
Adds BANM Exhibition Committee Convernor Dharmendra Karia, “This year the exhibition will be a bigger exhibition as compared to the previous year. The flat sizes on offer will be from 500 square feet to 2,000 square feet. The flat prices will start from Rs 12 lakh and go up to Rs 2 crores. This is the right time to buy property in Navi Mumbai. Available land is in shortage in the region. Naturally, the property prices will go up manifold due to the huge demand that exists.”
